Banter by Piercing Pagoda has been growing and expanding its retail locations. As such, they need to find more passionate and skilled piercers around the country. To source the right talented individuals, Banter and their agency UEG tapped Thomas and Venture Visuals to create a series of short films, featuring existing piercers, discussing the major benefits of working at Banter by Piercing Pagoda. Shot on digital, 8mm film, and 35mm stills; this mixed-media series is intended to reflect the artistic authenticity and character of the piercers featured. Used across paid social and preroll platforms, the series has been a huge success in helping Banter fill their staffing need. The film above represents one of six main deliverables Thomas directed, each of which touched on different benefits of working for the Banter brand.
