The Venture Visuals leadership team is comprised of award-winning directors, producers, writers, editors and cinematographers with expertise in creating commercials, social, digital and branded content, augmented and virtual reality experiences and documentaries.
Â
Eternally smiling and deeply optimistic, Thomas Kranzle founded Venture Visuals in 2005, believing a small studio would be useful to some of the world’s most iconic brands. His creative process begins with writing and story, and his work has garnered several American Advertising Awards. Personally, he’s a picture of grace, cordial, attentive and perennially unperturbed.
Â
Sara Vander Horn exists within a well-ordered world wherein all projects are completed on time and within budget. Google, Chase Ink, Johnsonville and Honey Maid unanimously love her. Previously working as an Assistant Director, Script Supervisor and Editor, Sara earned a bronze Cannes Lion and a silver Branded Entertainment Award at The One Show.Â
Â
Strangely neither bohemian nor Francophile, Tye French is a true gunslinger behind the camera, a pixel-perfect cinematographer and a digital technician to boot. On location, he transforms into a drone-flying, light-splaying, habanero-flavored, take-no-prisoners DP.
Â
A deeply nuanced multi-hyphenate, Scott Middough adds refinement and decidedly good taste to every timeline that crosses his screen. Whether editing himself or managing Venture’s post team, his background in composition and sound design lead to final cuts capable of inducing sensory overdrive.
Â
Nimble, agile and inspired to the core, the team at Venture Visuals blends intuition and technical mastery to craft powerful cinema that engages and performs. No egos, no fluff and nothing left to chance. Just happy people, a proven system and seriously hard work.
Â
We make it interesting. Creating content that truly engages begins with knowing our audience and how they respond.
Â
We build from strategy. Commercial film is not abstract art. All creative decisions must produce measurable results.
Â
We focus on the story. Before it can inspire, a message needs to resonate, touching on basic human truths.
Â
We trim the fat. Because who needs it? We move fast and light, maintaining a nimble production footprint.
Â
We expect the unexpected. Creative opportunities arise in unforeseen places, add immense value and cost nothing.
Â
We treat everyone well. Every person has value and brings value. From the grip to the CMO, all parts impact the whole.
